Executive Assistant – Asset & Wealth Management

About the role

You will provide high‑level administrative support to senior bankers in the Asset & Wealth Management team, ensuring their diaries, communications and travel run smoothly so they can focus on client service.

Key responsibilities

• Advanced, proactive diary management and swift setup of client meetings.
• Handle high‑volume email, meetings, conference calls and organise off‑site conferences and external events, including catering and transport.
• Act as a client‑facing representative, interacting with clients and senior firm members.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries, manage frequent changes and prepare accurate travel documents.
• Process expenses using the Concur expense system.
• Perform general administrative duties such as room bookings, filing and photocopying.
• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide coverage during absences.

Required profile

• Executive‑level communication style with the ability to work with senior management.
• Polished, professional demeanor, calm under pressure.
• Proactive, anticipates needs and follows up diligently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and German.

Required skills

• Experience using the Concur expense system.
