Executive Assistant – DACH Sales Leadership

About the role

Workday is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Group Vice President of Sales for the DACH region and four senior sales leaders across Germany and Switzerland. This role blends high‑level executive support with program management, ensuring the sales leadership team operates efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle correspondence for multiple VP‑level leaders across two countries.
• Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and create conditions for leadership success.
• Plan and deliver regional programs such as leadership visits and other high‑impact initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including meeting preparation and follow‑up.
• Facilitate communication and information flow within the DACH sales leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across borders.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
