Executive Assistant to the CTO and Value Creation Office

About the role

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and the Value Creation & Delivery Office, you will ensure the CTO’s time is focused on strategic decisions and that all management meetings meet board‑level standards. You will act as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders and support selected transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the CTO’s schedule, organize meetings, and prepare leadership and management sessions to a high standard.
• Maintain an overview of commitments, actions, and follow‑up activities across the Value Creation & Delivery leadership team.
• Prepare decision papers, document outcomes, and create concise executive summaries for transformation initiatives.
• Organise workshops, off‑site leadership events, site visits, internal communications and external advisor engagements.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a comparable field.
• At least five years of experience supporting a board member, CEO or senior executive, or experience in consulting, project management, strategy or transformation environments.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative, well‑organized, dependable with strong communication and judgment.
