Executive Assistant to VP Retail Offline

About the role

Join CYBEX as an Assistant to the Vice President Retail Offline, supporting daily administrative and organizational tasks that keep our flagship stores running smoothly across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the VP Retail, handling calendars, travel planning and communication.
• Monitor flagship store projects and retail initiatives, flagging deviations and preparing status updates.
• Create presentations, reports, meeting agendas and follow‑up actions for retail leadership meetings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between flagship stores, headquarters and cross‑functional teams.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining premium consumer experience standards in flagship locations.
• Track retail KPIs, store performance data and project timelines to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Completed studies in business administration or comparable commercial training.
• Initial experience in a similar role such as executive assistant, team assistant or retail coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Understanding of retail operations and flagship store environments is a plus.
• Structured, proactive, well‑organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive, winning attitude with strong MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
