Expansion Lead – France

About the role

We are looking for a senior operator to own and scale our French business. You will be responsible for the full growth strategy, P&L, channel mix and team leadership, turning early traction into a profitable, sustainable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the existing France team, set priorities and expand the team as the business grows.
• Own the end‑to‑end DTC growth engine, covering paid social, influencer marketing, CRM and conversion optimisation.
• Scale paid acquisition profitably by applying deep knowledge of French consumer behavior and creative performance.
• Build and manage a high‑performing network of French creators and ambassadors that drive authentic brand awareness and measurable acquisition.
• Track and manage core metrics (CAC, CLV, ROAS, CM3) and report directly to the founders.
• Ensure all messaging, campaigns, content and brand positioning are locally relevant and consistent.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience taking a DTC or consumer brand from early traction to sustainable revenue in France.
• Demonstrated ability to own a P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high‑pace teams.
• Deep understanding of French market dynamics, media channels and consumer preferences.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset and ability to act quickly on insights.
