Expansion Lead – France

About the role

We are a Hamburg‑based better‑for‑you snack brand expanding rapidly in France. As the Expansion Lead you will own the French market’s growth strategy, P&L, channel mix and team, turning early traction into a sustainable, profitable business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a local team of four, set priorities, raise performance standards and scale the team as the business grows.
• Own all DTC growth activities – paid social, influencer marketing, CRM and conversion optimisation – from strategy through execution.
• Drive profitable paid acquisition by tailoring creative and media tactics to French consumer behaviour.
• Build and manage a network of French creators and ambassadors, measuring impact on revenue.
• Track and optimise key metrics (CAC, CLV, ROAS, CM3) and report directly to the founders.
• Ensure all messaging, campaigns and brand positioning are locally relevant and aligned with the global brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling a DTC or consumer brand in France from early traction to sustainable revenue.
• Strong commercial mindset with full P&L responsibility.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable working closely with a small, high‑pace team.
• Deep understanding of French consumer preferences and media landscape.
