Über die Position

Ein interdisziplinäres Zentrum für Intensivmedizin (ZIM) mit integrierter IMC-Station sucht ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Expertin / einen Experte für Intensivpflege NDS Intensivmedizin in Vollzeit (40–100 %). Das Zentrum wurde von 12 auf 14 Betten erweitert und plant bald weitere Betten.

Hauptaufgaben

Individuelle Pflege von Patientinnen und Patienten aller SGI-Kategorien
Unterstützung und Förderung der Studierenden während des Nachdiplomstudiums Intensivpflege
Verbesserung der Pflegequalität (Best Practice) und deren Weiterentwicklung
Aufklärung, Beratung und Unterstützung von Patientinnen/Patienten und deren Angehörigen
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, Koordination und Kommunikation mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und anderen Fachkräften

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Dipl. Expertin/Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF
Bereitgestellte Berufserfahrung
Kommunikative, kooperative und motivierte Persönlichkeit
Organisationstalent und Engagement im Team

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Gängige PC-Programme
