About the role

We are looking for a reliable Extra Help Assistant to support the Grand Prairie Center at Phillips Community College. This part‑time position involves basic cleaning and event support duties on campus.

Key responsibilities

Clean and maintain rooms and common areas within the Grand Prairie Center.
Assist with setup and breakdown for special events and activities.
Handle manual tasks such as moving furniture and lifting items up to 50 lb.
Follow safety guidelines and tolerate cleaning solution odors.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Physical ability to bend, reach, and perform manual labor.

Required skills

Basic cleaning techniques.
Manual handling and lifting.
