Facilities & Workplace Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, service‑oriented Facilities & Workplace Manager to run day‑to‑day office operations and create an exceptional workplace experience for our Munich office. The role blends facilities management, health and safety leadership, and on‑site employee support while also assisting HR initiatives and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of office facilities and workplace operations, acting as the primary contact for building management, landlords, vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, access control, workplace improvements and office events.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, furniture, inventory, budgets, purchase orders, invoices and vendor contracts.
• Lead health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, conduct risk assessments, inspections and safety audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive emergency preparedness, business continuity planning and incident management.
• Provide on‑site support for employee onboarding/offboarding, orientation, workspace setup and employee engagement activities.
