About the role

Tacto’s Leap program is a fast‑track initiative for versatile professionals who want to own impactful projects at the intersection of AI and manufacturing. The program offers 5+ senior and junior positions across commercial, product and sales teams, giving you ownership, resources and a playground to build.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI‑powered procurement solutions and deliver measurable savings for manufacturing customers.
• Own end‑to‑end product or commercial initiatives, from strategy and design to launch and performance tracking.
• Build and scale organisational systems such as talent development, revenue operations or international expansion playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to structure ambiguous problems, execute under pressure and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• 3‑10 years of experience for senior roles or 1‑3 years for junior roles, with a proven track record in strategy, operations, product or sales.
• Fluent German (minimum C2 level) and strong English communication skills.
• Background as an ex‑founder, consultant, venture‑capital professional, high‑growth tech employee or similar high‑performance environment.
