About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant Terra, Newman's Bar, and Lobby Lounge. You will join a dynamic team that values flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to hotel guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge.
• Perform mise‑en‑place tasks to ensure stations are ready for service.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain smooth service flow and address guest needs promptly.
• Handle billing accurately and ensure correct settlement of accounts.
