F&B Service Expert – Restaurant (m/f/d)

About the role

Join the Berlin Marriott Hotel as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work in a dynamic restaurant environment, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, maintain dining area cleanliness, and replenish supplies.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and handle transactions.
• Assist with menu presentation, verify items, and ensure correct portioning.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills (mandatory).
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication etiquette.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems (if mentioned in training).
