Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Cosuno is a B2B marketplace connecting general contractors and subcontractors in construction. As Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager you will expand Cosuno’s presence beyond digital channels through trade fairs, conferences, partnerships and proprietary events, turning each activity into visibility, pipeline and proof points.

Key responsibilities

• Define event strategy with the marketing lead, select trade fairs and conferences, and set the annual calendar and budget.
• Lead end‑to‑end event execution (booth, logistics, suppliers) and coordinate with Sales to attract target prospects.
• Design Cosuno‑owned formats such as dinners, roundtables and webinars that connect customers, prospects and partners.
• Build partnerships with media, associations and event organisers, contributing expertise beyond sponsorship.
• Translate events into visibility and pipeline by creating content, tracking follow‑up and measuring generated leads.

Required profile

• Experience owning B2B field‑marketing or partnership programmes with measurable commercial results.
• Proven track record organising trade fairs or conferences from concept to delivery.
• Ability to switch between strategic planning and hands‑on logistics.
• Strong communicator comfortable engaging customers, executives, partners and suppliers.
• Fluent German and strong English.
