Field Solutions Technician – Automation Robotics

About the role

RobCo is looking for an ambitious Field Solutions Technician to drive the implementation and evolution of its autonomous industrial robotics solutions across Germany. You will work both at the company’s Munich laboratory and directly on customer sites, ensuring that cutting‑edge hardware and AI software operate seamlessly in real‑world factories.

Key responsibilities

• Program, test, and troubleshoot RobCo solutions at the headquarters before field deployment.
• Install, integrate, and commission robotic automation systems on‑site at customer facilities.
• Translate customer requirements into robust solutions, provide training, final acceptance, and ongoing support.
• Participate in the Munich robotics lab to test new technologies, set up trial installations, and contribute to product development.

Required profile

• Technical background in automation technology (e.g., mechatronics, electronics, or a related engineering field).
• Initial experience commissioning automation solutions and a passion for innovative technical challenges.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Germany.
• Structured work style with precise documentation and clear communication.
• Team‑oriented problem‑solver who collaborates across departments.
• Fluent in German and English.
