About the role

As a Finance & Accounting Working Student you will support the finance team in daily operations, assisting the accountant with invoicing, month‑end closing and data management. This part‑time position is ideal for a university student who wants hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing media company.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain and organise financial databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Handle administrative finance tasks to improve team efficiency.

Required profile

• Enrolled in at least the fourth semester of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in practical accounting and finance processes.
• Highly reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Minimum one‑year availability and ability to work on‑site at least two days per week in Berlin.
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum B1/B2).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software).
