Finance Manager (Consolidation)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our consolidation team. In this role you will own the preparation of group financial statements, ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, and act as the main liaison with internal stakeholders and external auditors across our European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reporting packages and group financial statements (including cash‑flow, notes and management report) in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP.
• Review monthly reporting packages submitted by international subsidiaries and perform inter‑company eliminations.
• Create and post monthly journal entries required for consolidation.
• Administer and continuously improve the Consolidation Tool.
• Coordinate the audit process for the group and its subsidiaries, liaising with external auditors.
• Implement updates to IFRS and US GAAP standards within the group accounting policy.
• Support ad‑hoc projects in partnership with accounting and controlling functions.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or a commercial education with a focus on financial accounting.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience in group accounting/consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, analytical mindset and solid numerical skills.
• Business‑level fluency in English.
