Finance Manager (Full-time or Part-time)

About the role

As Finance Manager at PartsCloud, you will be the central point for all financial and operational data, ensuring transparency of the P&L, cash flow, runway and budget. You will translate business changes into financial implications, support strategic decisions and help the company reach its next funding milestone.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate, real‑time view of P&L, cash, runway, burn and budget, with dynamic, assumption‑driven forecasts.
• Own the logic and reporting of financial and operational KPIs, building a KPI/OKR system that links performance to financial outcomes.
• Prepare robust business cases for hires, investments, tooling, pricing and commercial initiatives.
• Deliver management and investor reporting, and provide financial analyses for upcoming funding rounds using data from finance, HubSpot and internal systems.
• Manage the relationship with the German tax advisor and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver receipts, forecasts and invoices.
• Improve reporting structures, reduce manual work and implement AI‑supported workflows for variance analysis and forecasting.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling or strategic finance, preferably in SaaS or a fast‑moving startup.
• Strong expertise in reporting, planning, KPI systems and business analysis; commercially minded and detail‑oriented.
• Clear communicator able to work cross‑functionally and translate operational changes into financial meaning.
• Comfortable coordinating with external partners such as tax advisors and presenting to investors.
• Motivated to improve reporting processes and leverage AI tools.
• Enjoys working from the office and collaborating closely with the team.
