Key responsibilities

• Optimise finance‑related processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage accounting tasks, including cash‑flow monitoring, budget optimisation, and timely payment collections.
• Develop financial strategies that support revenue growth and streamline operational workflows.
• Identify and execute improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Consistently ranked in the top 25% of your academic class.
• Previous exposure to finance, accounting, or operations is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and basic coding knowledge are highly valued.
