Finance Process Expert (m/f/d)

About the role

Riverty is seeking a Finance Process Expert to join its Operational Finance team in Germany. You will help develop and optimise the NPL platform and IFA‑Leitstand, ensuring robust, compliant financial processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise standardised finance processes for the NPL platform and IFA‑Leitstand.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closings, purchase price settlements and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with product owners and accounting stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate cross‑system testing and assist the processing team during new process roll‑outs.
• Contribute to internal and external audits and continuously improve financial operations, especially in debt purchase.
• Process large data volumes with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with IFA methodology and IFRS reporting.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely, accurate execution of operational tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, process management or controlling.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, IT systems and accounting principles.
• Self‑motivated, creative and solution‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
