Financial Analyst – DACH & Europe (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Financial Analyst you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams across the DACH region, Europe and META to deliver accurate, timely financial insights. Reporting to the CFO for DACH, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting planning, forecasting and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, actionable insights on business performance through data analysis, reports and presentations.
• Monitor key financial metrics (Revenue, AUR, Gross Profit) and conduct variance analysis against budget/forecast.
• Support weekly forecasting, quarterly outlooks and annual budgeting cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaign planning, mix forecasting and performance tracking.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Assist month‑ and quarter‑end close processes, including consolidation, future billing adjustments, inventory accruals and copyright levies.
• Reconcile financial data across systems and prepare consolidated regional analyses.
• Continuously improve and streamline reporting and closing processes.

Required profile

• Solid background in finance or accounting with at least 3 years of experience in reporting, planning and financial controls.
• Experience working in a matrix organization, preferably supporting Sales or Marketing functions.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and challenge the status quo.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
