Financial Analyst

About the role

Shiji, a global hospitality technology provider, is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis and reporting for its European and American operations. The role combines data consolidation, budgeting and variance analysis while working across multiple cultures and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis processes for the business.
• Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to stakeholders across Europe and the Americas.
• Assist in implementing group processes, internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Conduct regional financial reviews for various business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s/CPA/CFA a plus).
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or similar accounting systems).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
