Financial Analyst

About the role

Shiji, a global hospitality‑technology leader, is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for its operations across Europe and the Americas. The role combines rigorous financial reporting with cross‑regional collaboration in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Consolidate financial data from regional teams and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations to stakeholders in multiple regions.
• Assist in implementing group processes, internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Conduct regional financial reviews for various business units in Europe and the Americas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master’s/CPA/CFA a plus).
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in a SaaS technology company is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar accounting systems.
