Financial Controller – Hotel Finance Leader

About the role
The Financial Controller will oversee all financial functions of a fully renovated Hilton hotel in Düsseldorf, combining deep financial expertise with operational leadership. This senior position reports directly to senior management and supports the hotel's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
- Drive performance and profitability through data‑driven insights.
- Act as a strategic partner to management and ownership.
- Assume operational duties as Duty Manager when required.
- Lead, coach and develop a dedicated finance team.
Required profile
- Strong financial background in the international hotel industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a hands‑on mindset.
- Analytical thinking and confident decision‑making abilities.
- Fluent in German and English.
