Financial Controller

About the role
We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage finance controlling activities, support budgeting, forecasting and provide financial insights for our engineering solutions business.
Key responsibilities
- Track actuals versus budget and analyse variances.
- Support pricing, costing and bid calculations for customer proposals.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and rolling forecasts.
- Support long‑term business planning and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, cash flow and KPIs.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Improve financial processes, tools and reporting structures.
- Support automation and digitalisation of finance controlling activities.
