Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator – Berlin

About the role

As a Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator you will be the central point for keeping CYCLE’s e‑bike fleet in top condition. You will organise maintenance activities, manage workshop capacity and work closely with operations to guarantee high vehicle availability for our delivery riders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work across the entire vehicle fleet.
• Manage internal workshop capacity and liaise with external service partners.
• Monitor repair turnaround times, spare‑parts inventory and overall service quality.
• Ensure high technical availability of the fleet by documenting maintenance and repair history per vehicle.
• Collaborate with Operations on fleet availability and deployment planning.
• Help optimise maintenance processes and define service intervals.

Required profile

• Technical understanding, preferably with experience in bicycle, e‑bike or vehicle technology.
• Experience coordinating workshop or service operations.
• Organised, structured way of working and strong communication skills.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mentality.
• Good German language skills.
• Nice to have: experience in the e‑bike sector, coordinating multiple sites, or workshops.
