Footwear Designer – Innovative D2C Brand

About the role

We are looking for a creative Footwear Designer to join our fast‑growing D2C brand. You will own the full design cycle, from initial sketches to final product, helping us expand our portfolio and strengthen our market position across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative shoe concepts, creating sketches, 3D models and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing and production teams to ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional and user‑friendly standards.
• Research current design trends and market requirements to continuously improve the product range.
• Produce technical drawings and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support optimisation of existing products and integrate sustainable materials where possible.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production partners to guarantee quality and feasibility.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Completed degree or training in product design, industrial design, fashion design or a related field.
• Strong creativity and an eye for shape, colour and material.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Structured, independent working style.
