Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Solutions

About the role

Taktile empowers financial institutions to become AI‑native by delivering autonomous agents that automate decision‑making. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will lead AI‑driven deployments for enterprise customers, turning high‑impact use cases into stable production solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex AI‑driven Taktile deployments, owning technical delivery from scoping to production.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic and deploy generative AI agents.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers and balance scope, speed and quality.
• Partner with product management to translate customer needs into product insights.
• Develop reusable resources, best practices and tools to scale the forward‑deployed engineering function.

Required profile

• 2+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science) and ability to write production‑grade Python and SQL.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to make quick, well‑informed decisions under pressure.
• Collaborative, low‑ego attitude and ability to build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
