Forward Deployed Engineer (Ops)

About the role

Taktile empowers financial institutions to become AI‑native by providing an autonomous decision platform. As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Ops) you will work directly with enterprise customers, helping them extract maximum value from the platform while ensuring a top‑tier experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the Taktile platform and its AI‑driven decision workflows.
• Support post‑onboarding customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
• Create reusable collateral, best practices, tools and automations that enhance the Customer Success team.
• Build strong relationships with core users within customer teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
• Familiarity with AI concepts like prompt engineering, large language models and AI agents.
• Strong analytical mindset and hands‑on problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Berlin at least three days a week (hybrid model).
