Founders Associate – Growth & Partnerships (Intern)

About the role

Join Qontext as a Founders Associate intern and work directly with co‑founder Lorenz on growth initiatives. You will own high‑impact projects across sales, product marketing, partnerships and RevOps, helping to bring the company’s AI‑native knowledge platform to market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive go‑to‑market activities: sales, positioning, product marketing and rapid experiments.
• Build partnerships with AI tools and consultancies, managing channels that expand reach.
• Set up RevOps processes to make the sales funnel measurable and accelerate the team.
• Grow Qontext’s presence in the AI ecosystem through events, partnerships and social channels.
• Own end‑to‑end projects, turning ambiguous or urgent tasks into structured outcomes.

Required profile

• Raw drive and willingness to outwork peers.
• Hands‑on attitude, able to tackle messy problems.
• Fluent switching between big‑picture strategy and detailed execution.
• Energy and optimism when facing challenges.
• Desire to learn how to build and scale an early‑stage startup.
