Founder's Associate (Intern) – Venture‑backed FinTech Startup

About the role

Join AnyTax as a Founder's Associate Intern and work side‑by‑side with the founding team on mission‑critical projects that shape the future of tax technology in Europe. This 4‑6 month hybrid internship offers an extreme learning curve, high ownership, and exposure to every function of a pre‑seed fintech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Help define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, scouting the European fintech ecosystem and creating sales collateral.
• Translate business needs into clear technical briefs for the engineering team, ensuring the API addresses real‑world pain points.
• Streamline internal workflows, support investor reporting, and build the operational backbone of the company.
• Co‑create strategic business cases and partnership proposals for major banks and financial platforms.
• Own “unowned” projects such as AI‑driven tools, board‑meeting preparation, or representing AnyTax at industry events.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in high‑growth startups, consulting, VC, or tax‑technology environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to see a startup built from 0 to 1.
• Fluent in German and English, able to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
