Founders Associate

About the role

Join an early‑stage AI‑powered enterprise content platform as a Founders Associate, working closely with the CEO on sales, operations and company building. Based in Munich, you will help shape the go‑to‑market strategy and operational backbone.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound and pipeline development to accelerate revenue growth.
• Support sales conversations and client interactions in German and English.
• Assist daily operations, process building, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Collaborate on product and content strategy to improve market visibility.
• Engage with key tools and platforms to enable performance.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of full‑time work experience and willingness to own outbound and pipeline.
• Experience in a consultancy or startup environment is a plus, with strong sales affinity.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code or Cursor.
• Previously built something independently such as a startup, product, community or side project.
• Strong German and English communication skills; familiarity with CMS tools.

What we offer

• Salary range: €65,000 – €130,000 per year.
• Equity opportunity: 0.5 % – 1 %.
• On‑site role in Munich, Germany.
