Founders Associate – start by Oct 2026

About the role

RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics and needs a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO. You will own the most critical projects, from customer meetings to board presentations, and drive them to completion while gaining deep exposure to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the CEO’s top initiatives end‑to‑end, turning direction into concrete plans and delivering results.
• Prepare and support investor, customer and leadership sessions and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
• Run multiple workstreams simultaneously, identify bottlenecks and clear them with owners.
• Establish clear ownership, KPIs, dashboards and playbooks to make improvements sustainable.

Required profile

• 2–5 years in a fast‑paced environment such as investment banking, VC/PE, top‑tier consulting or a high‑growth startup.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Bias for action, ability to structure ambiguity and move people without formal authority.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Munich and travel regularly to customer sites and US offices.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
