Founders Associate to CEO

About the role

We are looking for a Founders Associate to work side‑by‑side with the CEOs of doinstruct. Based in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district, you will spend most of your time in the office, shaping the company’s most impactful workflows and turning AI‑driven ideas into production‑ready automations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the founders on cross‑functional GTM, product and operations initiatives.
• Identify high‑leverage processes, redesign them using Claude agents, MCPs and Skills, and ship the solutions.
• Build automations in Claude Code, GitHub, n8n or Zapier and integrate them with HubSpot and Planhat.
• Own end‑to‑end launches: brief, plan, execute, and run retrospectives.
• Select the appropriate Claude tool (Cowork, Code, Sonnet, Opus, Haiku) for each problem and commit reusable components to GitHub.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of operator experience at a high‑growth startup, consultancy, VC/PE firm or investment bank.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining at least one production‑grade automation.
• AI‑native mindset: daily use of Claude, Cursor and n8n.
• Strong analytical mindset, prefers concise memos over meetings.
• Fluent in German and English; based in Berlin or able to relocate within 4‑6 weeks.
