Founder’s Associate to the CTO – Strategic Operations & Branding

About the role

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to support our CTO, Marc Tuscher, in shaping the “Embodied AI” narrative and driving the day‑to‑day operations of the CTO office. The role sits at the intersection of technology, branding and executive support, directly influencing company growth and public perception.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to create keynote decks, guest articles and interview talking points that convey the CTO’s vision for robotics.
• Manage relationships with tech founders, industry experts and key stakeholders to expand the CTO’s network.
• Oversee calendar, inbox and meeting preparation, ensuring the CTO’s time is focused on high‑impact strategic topics.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects such as deep‑dives into emerging tech trends, board‑level material preparation and evaluation of strategic technical partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Practical experience (internship or working‑student role) in a fast‑paced environment such as a startup, consulting or PR/social media.
• Strong interest in AI and robotics with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
• Builder’s mindset, high ownership and the ability to create processes from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German, and strong organizational talent under pressure.
