Founder's Associate – Work Directly with CEO in Berlin

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI‑native InsurTech scale‑up as a Founder’s Associate, working side‑by‑side with the Founder & CEO in Berlin. You will be at the heart of the business, driving high‑impact projects across go‑to‑market, finance, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support demand generation, pricing analysis, and commercial performance tracking.
• Improve sales processes, build strategic partnerships, and assist business development.
• Prepare board materials, investor reports, and support fundraising activities.
• Create financial models, forecasts, and manage cap‑table administration.
• Drive cross‑functional strategic projects and provide analysis for key decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market teams.

Required profile

• Outstanding academic record from a leading university or business school.
• At least one year of cumulative professional experience (internships count), preferably as a Founder’s Associate or in a venture‑backed startup.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; solid German language skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a humble, ambitious attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Berlin.
