Founding Deployment Strategist

About the role

This role is what the CEO used to do, and he needs someone to do it better. You will lead the rollout of Dataleap across the European market, based in Munich, and work directly with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Find high‑impact use cases, build the first agents yourself to prove value, then scale adoption organization‑wide.
• Host agent hackathons, discuss rollout strategy with the C‑Suite, and help companies become AI‑native.
• Navigate complex political landscapes inside large organizations, identify champions, disarm blockers, and build relationships at every level.
• Be the voice of the customer to engineering and product, advocating for needed features and pushing back when appropriate.
• Build agents and workflows in Dataleap to automate your own role, systematically eliminating manual work.
• Lead the European rollout from Munich and build the team underneath you as the business scales.
• Identify and execute on countless unlisted tasks that drive success.

Required profile

• AI power user who lives in AI, ships agents on weekends, and has strong opinions on model routing, evaluation design, and system limitations.
• High agency and clock speed: drives agenda, prioritizes ruthlessly, and communicates sharply.
• Low ego, high ownership; willing to do unsexy work and stay deeply obsessed.
• Commercially sharp with experience in renewals, expansion, and multi‑stakeholder navigation.
• Comfortable being the youngest in a room of executives while taking charge.
• Native‑level German and based in Munich (or ready to relocate).
