Founding Finance Manager

About the role

Kuro is looking for a Founding Finance Manager to join its Berlin team and work directly with the founder and CEO. You will build the financial and operational backbone from day one, turning complex processes into structured, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and own monthly investor and financial reporting structures.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and related finance workflows, introducing automation and scalability.
• Design and improve revenue‑operations processes, including platform and consumption‑based pricing tracking.
• Oversee monthly accounting, payroll, and related operational finance topics.
• Build automated finance workflows, systems, and internal reporting processes.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic finance, business operations, and company planning.
• Support additional operational initiatives across the organization as needed.
