Founding Product Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Y Combinator‑backed AI SaaS startup looking for our first Product Manager. Based in Munich, you will work side‑by‑side with the Chief Product Officer and engineering team to turn real customer pain points into intuitive, high‑adoption AI‑first B2B solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product development cycle from discovery and hypothesis validation to rollout, focusing on adoption and measurable time savings.
• Engage directly with customers to surface problems, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into clear, actionable requirements.
• Design rapid prototypes and validate product hypotheses with customers.
• Create intuitive AI‑first experiences for non‑technical users in complex B2B workflows.
• Prioritize, scope, and ship new features in close collaboration with engineering and design.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and training content.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer delivering AI‑first, complex B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to turn unstructured customer feedback into clear product requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced early‑stage startup environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate; on‑site work only.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted tools such as Lovable, Cursor, and Claude.
• Experience using prototyping tools like Figma.
