Founding Sales Development Representative – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing logistics platform in Berlin. As the first outbound sales specialist focused on the German market, you will help shape the sales engine, build the prospect pipeline and lay the foundation for our expansion across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prioritize high‑potential prospects in key industries for the German market.
• Craft and execute outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, phone and video messages.
• Generate and qualify leads from start to finish, meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Partnerships teams to align messaging and strategy.
• Build long‑term relationships by organising and attending events that resonate with prospects.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of sales experience, preferably as an SDR or in outbound prospecting.
• Native‑level proficiency in French or German and professional fluency in English.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑changing startup environment.
