Founding Sales Development Representative – Berlin

About the role

This is a founding SDR/BDR position on the Growth team, focused on building and owning pipeline for a voice AI platform with strong market demand. You will help shape the sales playbook and establish repeatable go‑to‑market motions from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through high‑volume outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Identify and engage the right prospects for a B2C‑focused AI voice product.
• Build and manage relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain CRM tooling and manage pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
• Shape the GTM motion by contributing to a repeatable sales process and refining outreach strategies.
• Contribute to hiring and building out the sales team and sales playbook.
• Progress into owning and closing deals end‑to‑end after strong performance.

Required profile

• Direct sales experience in a startup or fast‑moving environment with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Comfortable driving multi‑channel outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) and managing CRM pipelines.
• Near‑native German (C2) and strong professional English (B2‑C1).
• Strong business sense to understand prospective customers’ problems and needs.
• Hands‑on, scrappy attitude willing to do the unglamorous work of early‑stage pipeline building.
• Collaborative, high‑energy mindset with a low‑ego approach to teamwork.
• Based in Berlin and comfortable working on‑site five days per week.

What we offer

• Salary range: €75,000 – €85,000 per year.
