Founding Technical Account Manager – French Market

About the role

voize is looking for a Founding Technical Account Manager to lead the launch of its AI‑driven companion platform in France. You will be the first dedicated technical point of contact for French customers, guiding them from implementation through ongoing support and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical planning, setup, and rollout for new French customers.
• Provide inbound technical support in French, triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed.
• Diagnose complex problems across the app, backend, customer IT environments (networks, devices, MDM), and integrations.
• Build the French technical playbook, including documentation, escalation paths, response standards, and issue tracking.
• Represent French customers internally, feeding recurring blockers to Product, Support, and Solution Engineering.
• Collaborate with EU teams to define clear escalation processes and reduce ad‑hoc dependencies.
• Identify common technical blockers in the French market and translate findings into improved processes and product feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer‑facing technical roles such as Technical Support or Solution Engineering.
• Ability to work independently, wear multiple hats, and create repeatable processes.
• Passion for AI‑enabled products that improve frontline workers’ daily lives.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting across web applications, backend services, and client‑side IT (networks, devices, MDM).
• Experience with system integrations and API‑based workflows.
• Documentation and playbook creation for technical support processes.
