FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for HOLY, a fast‑growing soft‑drink brand. In this role you will own the P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow models, turning operational data into clear forward‑looking insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve the company’s financial planning models, including budgeting, re‑forecasting and cash‑flow projections.
• Consolidate inputs from Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to produce a coherent financial view.
• Design and run scenario‑based analyses and stress tests to evaluate strategic initiatives and market changes.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results and forecasts, identify root causes and present findings to leadership.
• Support the continuous scaling of planning capabilities as the business grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting within a fast‑moving consumer goods or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• High ownership and a proactive attitude towards improving finance processes.
