FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Bees & Bears, a Climate FinTech focused on financing the energy transition, is looking for its first FP&A Manager. You will shape the company’s financial strategy, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run regular planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with company objectives.
• Develop rolling liquidity forecasts and manage cash‑flow optimisation across functions.
• Prepare and present management reports highlighting financial and operational metrics, performance trends and variances.
• Produce investor‑facing financial reports and updates.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior leaders to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and investors.
• Self‑starter attitude comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
