FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

Bees & Bears is a Climate FinTech focused on financing the energy transition. As the first FP&A Manager, you will shape the company’s financial strategy, overseeing planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting while providing data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regular planning and budgeting cycles, aligning resource allocation with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain rolling liquidity forecasts and cash‑flow management processes.
• Prepare and present management reports highlighting financial and operational metrics, performance trends and variances.
• Produce investor‑facing financial reports and updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and financial modeling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and investors.
• Self‑starter attitude comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
