FP&A Manager

About the role

As an FP&A Manager at Blacklane you will enable better decision‑making through clear financial reporting, high‑quality analysis and strong business partnership across the organization. You will work closely with finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to turn data into insight, support planning and performance management, and help drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial analysis that supports leadership decision‑making, performance reviews and business planning.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across finance and the business to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Support month‑end, forecast, budget and long‑range planning processes with high‑quality analysis and insights.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for business teams and leadership.
• Help improve planning, reporting and analytical processes to increase efficiency, consistency and scalability.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects, business cases and strategic analyses as Blacklane continues to grow.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related analytical finance role.
• Experience with both internal and external reporting.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to act as a business partner and work effectively with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Experience working with large datasets and turning them into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain financial topics clearly to different audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI or planning tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
