FP&A Manager

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to become the analytical backbone of our finance team at Peec. This strategic finance position will own the financial model, drive forecasting cycles, define KPI frameworks, and produce the dashboards and finance packs used by leadership and the board.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the company’s financial model, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount planning.
• Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, perform variance analysis, and build scenario and sensitivity models to support strategic decisions.
• Own the KPI framework, track and report critical metrics, and create management dashboards in partnership with the Business Systems team.
• Partner with department heads on budget ownership, headcount tracking, and spend variance, translating financial data into clear narratives for non‑finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience at a high‑growth B2B SaaS startup or scale‑up.
• Strong financial modeling skills, comfortable building models from scratch in Excel.
• Experience preparing investor reports, board materials, and supporting fundraising activities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• BI tools such as Chartmogul, Looker, Power BI.
• Python or SQL for data querying.
