FP&A Manager – Strategic Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Strategic Finance team. The role reports to the Director of Strategic Finance and will own reporting and analysis deliverables across our portfolio of digital consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial reporting cycle, delivering accurate and timely reports.
• Prepare and review management reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze brand and portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Develop data flows from source systems, driving automation and efficiency.
• Support senior leadership with board and investor reporting materials.
• Collaborate on corporate development activities, including M&A evaluation and financial due diligence.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end reporting cycles and deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Experience working in fast‑growing, multi‑brand environments is a plus.
