Fractional Finance Manager

About the role

Passionfroot is scaling creator‑led growth for fast‑moving B2B companies. The Fractional Finance Manager will partner with the Head of Operations to set and achieve ambitious financial targets, overseeing the full P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow for both US and German entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate P&L and balance sheet, perform monthly reconciliations and close the books.
• Handle accounting for US and German entities, including tax filings, compliance and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to define company‑wide financial targets and monitor performance.
• Own end‑to‑end revenue operations: invoicing, billing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage company expenses and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payouts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related operations, preferably in a startup.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional accounting, especially US and Germany.
• Fluent in German and comfortable with German tax and accounting regulations.
• Strong grasp of P&L and balance sheet fundamentals.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and trustworthy with confidential financial data.
