Fractional Finance Manager

About the role

Passionfroot is scaling rapidly and needs a finance leader who can translate growth targets into concrete financial plans. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will own the company’s P&L, balance sheet and financial reporting for both US and German entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date P&L and balance sheet, handling monthly reconciliations, book closing, tax filings and audit readiness for US and German entities.
• Partner with the Head of Operations to set company‑wide financial targets and track performance against them.
• Run end‑to‑end revenue operations, including invoicing, billing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage company expenses and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payouts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related operations roles, preferably in a startup environment.
• Experience setting up financial processes for startups and handling accounting across multiple jurisdictions, especially the US and Germany.
• Strong understanding of P&L and balance sheet fundamentals and German accounting and tax regulations; fluency in German.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and trustworthy with sensitive financial information.
