Freelance Business Management Lecturer

About the role

The Berlin School of Business and Innovation is seeking a Freelance Lecturer to deliver Business Management courses across all campuses. This part‑time role offers flexibility while maintaining the same academic standards as full‑time faculty.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned Business Management modules according to the curriculum and schedule.
• Design or update course content, including PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials.
• Provide mentorship, supervision of dissertations, projects, and internships.
• Assess student performance, give formative feedback, and prepare them for summative evaluations.
• Participate in academic activities, thought leadership, and school promotion.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent qualification in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of business management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
